Day on a plate with Steph Prem


We asked Steph Prem to go through what she eats during her busy day to keep herself fuelled and ready for anything 


5:30am My Pilates studio opens at 6 a.m so I am normally up at 5:30 a.m for a hot lemon water and a multivitamin


8:30am For breaky i usually have a chia pudding and or a gluten free muesli with fruit and yogurt.

11:00am I normally can’t continue the day without a handful of almonds or a bliss ball - I love making big batches of these and freezing them - they are great healthy snacks for throughout the day that I can keep at the studio or in my handbag.


1-1.30pm For lunch I have eggs for some protein on toast or salad or I will just have a salad with eggs or salmon.


3-4:00pm For my afternoon snack, I swear by green juice and a bliss ball or veggies and hummus dip.


7:00pm My go-to dinner is almond crusted salmon with organic veggies.
