Healthy Treat Recipe


Choc Mint Bliss Balls



1 cup dry roasted almonds

½ cup dry roasted cashews

½ cup dry roasted hazelnuts

11/2 cupmedjooldates, seeds removed and chopped

3 Tbscocaoor cocoa powder

1 Tsp peppermint extract

1tbsp water

Desiccated coconut for garnishing



  1. Place nuts into a foodprocesserand mix until well combined
  2. Add dates, cocao and peppermint extract. Blend until mixture is dry but slightly sticky
  3. The mixture should be able to hold its shape when rolled. If the mixture is slightly dry add a little water to get the sticky consistency right
  4. Remove mixture from food processer and roll into balls
  5. Place the coconut on a plate and roll the balls in the coconut to garnish
  6. Refrigerate until firm
  7. Enjoy

New smoothie Idea


Berry, Lime and Mint Smoothie


1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup water

½ lime, juiced

1 Tbsp mint leaves



1. Place all ingredientsintoa blender and blend until smooth.

2. Divide mixture into glasses and garnish with fresh berries and mint. Enjoy.
